About

In addition to seven years of professional experience in health care communications and several more as a journalist, Emily Dagostino has contributed articles, essays and poems to a number of publications. Her work has appeared in University of Chicago Magazine, Catholic DigestHospital Drive and Notre Dame Magazine, and is forthcoming in the anthology, My Body, My Health: Women’s Stories. She earned her master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with degrees in Italian and Government. She is a licensed foster parent in Illinois, where she resides with her husband and children.
